Epstein-Barr (Mono) Vaccine

Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is a very common virus that is spread from person-to-person by close contact beginning in childhood. We are looking for healthy children ages 12-17 that have not had EBV or mono which will be determined by a blood draw at the initial screening visit to see if they have the antibodies.

There will be up to 11 visits to our office over a 1.5 year period. 3 injection visits and 8 safety visits. There will be a blood draw at every visit to monitor the immune response to the vaccine as well as a saliva swab for EBV.

Eligible candidates can receive over $2,000 for time and travel.
